Team

Everyone counts: Strength in teamwork

Even the best ideas are no use without a strong team. Skilled and motivated people who enjoy what they do are the foundation of our business success.

Training: Investment in our future

Druckguss Westfalen is a training employer. We currently have nine apprentices: six foundry mechanics and three commercial trainees. Not only among our trainees, but across our workforce as a whole, we place importance on team skills, autonomous working and customer focus – every single working day.

Motivation matters most

Our staff in Geseke and at our sister company Druckguss Westfalen Behringer in Velbert enjoy and value their work. That is partly a product of our corporate culture, which is geared to motivation and based on flat hierarchies. For each and every member of the workforce, doors stand open – including those of management – for questions, suggestions and any matter that needs to be addressed.

Employee development for ongoing success

As an innovative foundry using advanced technology and applying top quality standards, employee development is very important to us. Our world is rapidly changing, and it is only through ongoing development of our skills that we can deliver on what we expect of our own work – on a lasting basis.
